Longview downtown christmas parade info:
(Saturday Dec. 3rd) Line up at 4:15. We are #40. Our starting position is at bud clary jeep subaru Intersection of commerce and fur. Jobies are going to be meeting at Goodwill at 4:00. Parade starts at 5:00. Thanks to the efforts of many people, we will be using the Washington State Masonic Float that was put in storage a few years ago. We would love to have everyone come and represent the masonic family. We will be having refreshments at the kelso lodge after the parade. On behalf of the Grand Bethel Honored Queen Olivia Nordquist and her bethel 65 of kelso we would like to extend thanks from the bottom of our hearts for showing your support for the masonic youth groups.

MW:. CHARLES McQUERY HAS ANNOUNCED THE ANNUAL MEETING OF GRAND MOUNT HISTORIC LODGE #3 DECEMBER 8TH @1PM. THERE IS A $7.00 LUNCH @ NOON. As per the lodges bylaws the meeting will be held at the olympia masonic center.

Castle rock lodge installed the officer for 2012. VWB Maynard Brent and WB Jim Newman officiated. Several of the future officers were injured, ill, or on their way for surgery but the installation fordged on. Installed were WM Pat Everdell, SW Elton Strange, JW Rob Malis, Chaplain WB Harold McKinster, JD Bob Batson, and Tyler WB Jerry Cooney. Other officers will be installed during the January Stated Meeting on January 16th.
WM Pat Proposed that after fixing the two windows and the damage in the kitchen that the lodge hold a community lunch, involving other businesses and organizations so that the community will interact with us. This is in the works. B. Rick Race expressed keen interest in this project stated that it may bring more worthy men into our institution and grow our membership.
This meeting is an official planned visit by the Most Worshipful Michael Sanders.
The Lodge Building will be opened around 5:30 pm with a MEET & GREET Finger food, ( Sliders, Sandwich Roll ups, Vegetable Tray, Chips & Dip. Lodge Will open @ 7:30.

We will be working on the fair restraunt, the road sign, a past masters apron for WB Jeff Clemmons. Hopefully voting on Ton Akins membership, and the Longview #263 concession trailer.
The Wx, freezing temps and snow have force me to cancelled this meeting for safety reasons. See you @ next Februarys meeting.
