Look at all the jacks and jackstands!  You just don't want one of these things to fall on you.  After all, a VW BUS is rated as a 1 TON TRUCK! When Everything is underneath supporting it, there will be six 4 ton jackstands, four (4) 2 ton floor jacks, and two sissy boy GM car jacks that are supplied with new cars.  I got to tell you, this should stay up.  In the front left of the bus, you can see the six (6) ton floor jack that I will remove the engine and transaxle with.  Think I have enough upsie daisie power?
GOING UP
LOOK AT ALL OF THESE JACK STANDS.  I PROMISE, ALL OF THEM ARE IN USE.  THERE IS ENOUGH CLEARANCE AND NOT ALL OF THE SUPPORTS CAN BE SEEN HERE.  THE JACKSTANDS AND JACKS WILL BE POSITIONED UNDERNEATH THE FRAME.  IT TAKES A BIT-O-EFFORT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.  ONCE EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE, ENGINE REMOVAL BEGINS!
